Shipping Policy
Orders are processed Monday-Friday only. Most orders are shipped within 2 business days from the order date. Orders placed on weekends and select holidays are processed on the next business day.
Shipping and Delivery
All orders are shipped through a 3rd party carrier. The end carrier will depend on your area. Please ensure all shipping details are correct before finalizing your order.

Shipping Confirmation:
Once an order is processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track the status of the package.
Shipping Delays:
We strive to ensure timely delivery of all orders. However, there may be unforeseen circumstances that may cause shipping delays. In such cases, we will be notified via email or phone and provide you with updates on the expected delivery date.
Shipping Restrictions:
We do not currently ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Refunds & Returns
We have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee Policy as we want you to enjoy our products as much as we do! Any item can be returned within 7 days of receipt of shipment for a full refund on the cost of goods (excludes shipping charges, except in the case of a manufacturer's defect), if returned unused in original packaging. All product returns require an Authorization Number to qualify for a refund. All products are to be returned in the original packaging and in resaleable condition. Partially used products will not be credited.
