It was in the grand halls of the Fairmont Empress Hotel in Victoria, Canada, where my journey began. As a native of Mexico, I had always been fascinated by the healing powers of nature and the secrets of ancient cultures. But it was here, in this beautiful castle, where my passion for spas, esthetics, health, and wellness truly took root.

With each step I took on my career journey, I delved deeper into the world of natural remedies and therapeutic approaches. I explored the Caribbean waters of my homeland, uncovering the secrets of traditional healing practices passed down through generations. I journeyed to ancient Egypt, where I uncovered the beauty secrets of the pharaohs. I traveled to China to study the long-standing practices of Chinese medicine, and to India to delve into the rich culture and science of Ayurveda.

I ventured to the Maldives, where I discovered the mindfulness benefits of scuba diving through coral reefs and the richness of coconut oil. I marveled at the Big Buddha in Hong Kong and experienced the modern approach to wellness in London and I experienced the freedom of letting go through skydiving on the Grand Canyon. Having studied aesthetics, cosmetics, and massage therapies, on my return home, I immersed myself into the powerful energy of stones hidden in the impressive Canadian mountains.

It has been an unforgettable experience, one that allowed me to develop a deep appreciation for the cultures and histories of each country I visited. And it was all because of the happiness I felt by being able to contribute to someone’s well-being in some shape or form.

The pandemic has brought a new perspective on life for people all over the world, and for me, it has highlighted the power of nature and its impact on our daily lives.
